Warranty Coverage
WARMBOND offers a lifetime limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship for its smokeless fire pits and accessories. The warranty covers rust-through and structural failures.
Who’s Eligible?
This warranty is only for the original purchaser who bought directly from WARMBOND’s official site or authorized retailers.
What’s Not Covered?

Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to acts of nature. (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricane and such)

Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;

Non-quality related issues

Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

Used for special application other than normal consumer usage

Lost /stolen/free/refunded product

Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes.

How to File a Claim
To file a claim, contact us at support@warmbond.com. You must provide proof of purchase and images showing the defect. Upon approval, WARMBOND may choose to repair or replace the defective product at no additional charge.
Replacements and Discontinued Products
If the product is discontinued, WARMBOND will replace it with a product of equivalent value. The warranty on the repaired or replaced item will continue from the original purchase date.
Limitation of Liability
WarmBond will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by improper use or maintenance of its products. Liability for any defective product is limited to the amount paid for the product.
